Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery status of their shipment. In the event that a prepaid order is lost or arrives damaged during transit, GrabYourCart will provide a replacement product after verification of the issue. Replacement requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe and may require supporting evidence, such as photographs of the damaged item or packaging. GrabYourCart reserves the right to review and verify all claims before approving a replacement.

GrabYourCart currently ships internationally, with primary delivery destinations including the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier services, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
